If you would like to HELP us stop this Council from closing Solent Middle School we suggest you do the following:

Get the message out - download our flyers and posters, tell your friends, get everyone who has a child at primary school in Cowes or Gurnard to realise the implications of closing the Middle Schools.

Sign our petition, and get EVERYONE you know to sign it as well.

Write to the Council, and tell them that they must think again, and that closure of successful schools such as Solent is not acceptable.
Download our headed paper, and get some ideas of what to include in your letter. |

Email the Council, why not email them the letter as well as putting it in the post. We must reinforce that the options put forward are not what we the parents want, and that they must think again.

Write to your MP, Andrew Turner is against the Council proposals, so let him know he has your support.
